We won 4 medals in 4 different categories with Arda Tekirdağ, Buse Özlem, Ozan Özlem and Pınar Kurtoğlu at the Akra Granfondo Antalya held in Antalya Kemer.
Akra Granfondo Antalya, the first granfondo race of the season, which was held in Antalya Kemer on Sunday, April 30th. We took part with a team of 14 people consisting of Mutlu Erçevik, Ozan Özlem, Buse Özlem, Ahmet Eren, Eyüp Karagöbek, İsmail Demir, Onur Dağlıoğlu, Cenk Dağlıoğlu, Sinan Kartal, Furkan Uysal, Ayhan Oksak, Pınar Kurtoğlu, Melike Çakır and Arda Tekirdağ.
Arda Tekirdağ, one of our riders competing in the 48-kilometer short course, won the the Elite Men's category, while Pınar Kurtoğlu left all her competitors behind in the Elite Women's category, becoming our other rider at the summit of the podium. Buse Özlem, one of our riders competing in the short course, also ranked 2nd in the Women's General Classification.
Mutlu Erçevik, who competed in the 98 km long and climbing course, was out of the race due to two tire punctures, while Ozan Özlem completed the course in 3 hours and 16 minutes and became our other rider on the podium by achieving the 3rd place in the Master category. Eyüp Karagöbek, Ayhan Oksak, Onur Dağlıoğlu, İsmail Demir, Furkan Uysal, Cenk Dağlıoğlu and Melike Çakır also supported the podium fight with their teamwork in the race.
