Team ISS Academy’s Outstanding Performance at Velotürk Granfondo Çeşme 2024!
On November 3, 2024, Team ISS Academy made a remarkable impact at the Velotürk Granfondo race in Çeşme. Competing with a strong lineup, including athletes like Ozan Özlem, Buse Özlem, Ahmet Eren, Onur Dağlıoğlu, Cenk Dağlıoğlu, Furkan Uysal, Pınar Kurtoğlu, and Ebru Özcan, the team achieved outstanding individual and collective results. Their performances throughout the race not only earned accolades but also inspired cycling enthusiasts.
On the challenging 91K long course, Buse Özlem placed second in the Women’s General Classification while clinching the championship title in her category. Demonstrating endurance and speed on this demanding course, Buse proved herself once again among the top women cyclists. Onur Dağlıoğlu, also on the 91K course, placed second in the Elite Men’s category, contributing significantly to the team’s success on the long course.
Other athletes competing in shorter distances also earned notable placements. Pınar Kurtoğlu claimed second place in the Women’s General Classification on the 41K course, showcasing her technical skills and strategic approach. Meanwhile, Ebru Özcan, competing on the 67K course, achieved third place in her category, underscoring the team’s versatility and competitive strength across various courses.
